Here are some quotes from the gaggle aboard AF1.

Questions/topics are in ALL caps. Direct quotes are marked by quotation marks.

Many thanks to co-pooler Brian Bennet.

WHY SINGAPORE?

The can be ensured to ensure both the presidents security and Kim Jong Uns security as well as provide neutrality.

Pointed out that the first meeting between China and Taiwan took place in Singapore.

Said that details of summit, for example the duration, had yet to be worked out.

ONE-ON-ONE TIME WITH KIM?

Doesnt know if thats been decided.

PRESIDENTS USE OF WORD EXCELLENT IN DESCRIBING KIM?

The whole nation should be pleased with the release of these three Americans. I dont think anybodys under any illusions about what life was like in a North Korean prison camp. But nonetheless, the president, the vice president, the entire U.S. government, Secretary Pompeo and everybody else, is pleased to see the release of these three American citizens.

WHAT WERE REQUIREMENTS FOR KIM MEETING?

Would not discuss details of what Sec. Pompeo discussed, but said that before Pompeos visit:

The North Koreans agreed to halt their ballistic missile testing, to halt their nuclear testing, and not publicly oppose joint U.S.-South Korean military exercises. Those were the initial steps that the N. Koreans took and well hold them to those steps and obviously there have been subsequent conservations.

The goal of the talks continue to be permanent de-nuclearization of the Korean peninsula.

MICHAEL COHEN?

Directed questions to Cohen and Cohens attorney

IRAN:

The Iran deal was flawed, flawed from the beginning.

And re: Israel,

The United States strongly supports Israels right to defend itself. Iran is not a trustworthy actor.

PRUITT:

The President is pleased with the job that he is doing as EPA administrator. However the issues that have been raised I think you guys are all familiar with they have raised some concerns and we are hopeful and expecting that administrator Pruitt will be able to answer those.

DOES THE PRESIDENT FEEL MICHAEL COHEN WAS PROFITING OFF HIS RELATIONSHIP?

Im directing all those questions to Michael Cohen, his attorney and also the presidents private counsel.

GIULIANI:

The White House doesnt have a reaction to Rudy Giuliani leaving his law firm. But the president is content and satisfied with Rudy Giuliani.

IS THE PRESIDENT CONCERNED ABOUT PEOPLE SELLING ACCESS TO THE PRESIDENT?

The President makes up his own mind about policy matters and everything else in between. Hes not influenced by the kinds of things that youre referencing. And as a broad matter he makes decisions about what is best for the country, what is best for the public and what is the best public policy.

WAS THE PRESIDENT DISAPPOINTED ABOUT COHEN AFTER ALL HIS CAMPAIGN DRAIN THE SWAMP AND PAY TO PLAY TALK?

First of all, the president has signed some of the most sweeping rules when it comes to ending the revolving door around lobbying. Theres been a multi-year ban on lobbying and restrictions on what former employees and executive branch officials can do. There was an executive order signed in his first weeks in office, as well as a lifetime ban on lobbying for foreign governments. We think that those are stringent and something we are very proud of.

DID THE PRESIDENT HAVE ANY OF HIS PERSONAL OBLIGATIONS PAID USING ANY OF THE MONEY COLLECTED BY COHEN FROM HIS NEW CLIENTS?

Shah referred that question to the presidents outside counsel.
