SCOTUS Upholds Liberty 7-2 | Baking Decision

SCOTUS upheld the principles of liberty known as freedom of conscience, association and markets. Framing the case as about religion is a progressive rabbit hole. “Why” the baker didn’t bake the cake is irrelevant. “Discrimination” is an invalid argument.

Freedom of conscience, association and markets literally means you have a natural right to make discriminating choices for your benefit. There is no right to eat cake baked by someone else whether you offer payment or not.

This case wasn’t thrown out in its first appearance in court. Why? Are our judges not bound to preserve and secure Liberty to the people as agents of the people? That is their first and only duty.

Best way to keep up to date
